The Biology of Belonging: Loneliness, connection, and the capacity to stay connected
Live sessions over 4 consecutive weeks - Thursdays, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm ET from April 30th through May 21st, 2026
The course is structured around four core areas:
• The Biology of Belonging — how the nervous system shapes connection in real time
• Loneliness as a Signal — what the body is responding to in moments of disconnection
• The Capacity to Stay — working with tension and reactivity as it arises
• Repair and Integration — how to reconnect and apply this work in everyday life and client conversations
• 4 live sessions (Thursdays, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm ET)
• Small group, interactive format
• Experiential and practical (not lecture-based)
• Designed to be applied in real conversations between sessions
• You work closely with people (coaching, leadership, helping roles)
• You notice moments where conversations tighten or people hold back
• You want to better understand what’s happening in those moments
• You’re looking for a grounded, practical way to support connection
